Welcome to Aquacair Ltd. We are a consultancy who specialise in the asbestos business, controlling and advising on the risks posed by asbestos in all types of commercial and residential properties. Our asbestos consultancy offers MDHS 100 type I, II and III surveys together with digital registers and assistance in management plans.
There are two further arms to the company, one concerned with air quality and the other specialising in water quality. The air quality side of the firm provides air hygiene and air quality risk assessments, on-going air hygiene and air quality monitoring programmes, ductwork decontamination, computer room cleaning and post clean reports together with local exhaust ventilation assessments and commissioning surveys.
The water arm of the firm offers domestic and cooling water risk assessments, water sampling and monitoring programmes and cold water storage tank cleaning and chlorination services. The independent laboratories we use are UKAS accredited.
